The Super Silent Wind Generator of the 4th generation is a consistent evolution of the globally renowned SPRECO wind generators. It was specifically developed for the efficient charging of batteries, including modern lithium batteries with BMS systems. SPRECO generators of the first generation have been successfully in use worldwide for over 15 years.
Additionally, SPRECO generators are equipped with a patented strong wind brake, allowing for autonomous operation and making the generators some of the safest on the market. The strong wind brake is directly integrated into the housing and operates via a bimetallic switch.
New to this generation is the intelligent controller with state-of-the-art control technology and a special generator design that reduces magnetostriction. A standard Wi-Fi monitoring system enables remote monitoring of the system. Battery charging is secured by a load resistor that dissipates excess energy, ensuring stable and safe charging.
With the Super Silent Wind Generator, you are opting for the highest efficiency, safety, and technology – ideal for autonomous operation and use in the most demanding conditions.
STAINLESS STEEL MAST SET
Our three-part polished stainless steel screw mast in "heavy duty" design is ideal for mounting our Super Silent generators.
The outer diameter of the mast is 48.3mm, wall thickness 2.5mm, inner diameter 43.3mm. The thread length on the screw connections is approx. 36mm each for stable connections, total length screwed approx. 300 cm.
Our nearly unique, highly effective flange reliably prevents the transmission of vibrations and noise from the generator to the mast – right at the source! It is the perfect match for our screw mast and is compatible with all standard mast tubes with an inner diameter of 43 mm
Our versatile mast foot bracket is not only ideal for our screw mast but can also be used with masts that have an internal pipe diameter of 41mm, 45mm, and 47mm! Internal pipe diameter for rigging tubes is 18mm (for standard stainless-steel tubes with an outer diameter of 21mm or 22mm).
Carbon Glass Composite Upgrade Rotors
The new SPRECO Super Silent Composite Upgrade Rotors offer a cost-effective alternative to the globally well-known and proven carbon rotors found in high-end models such as SPRECO Super Silent 400, Ryse Air Silent X, Ryse Air Max, and Silentwind.
This new development is specifically designed to replace conventional injection-molded plastic rotors, commonly used in models like the Ryse Air 30, Air 40, or Air Breeze. The goal is to significantly improve the efficiency, quiet operation, and stability of these systems.
The new three-blade rotor sets are available with or without self-centering precision hubs. The integrated self-centering design ensures automatic and precise rotor alignment, eliminating the need for manual adjustments or additional calibration.
